By accessing content from Danyell Barry Studio (“Studio”), using its free tools, clicking its affiliate links, or purchasing any digital product offered in the future, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Danyell Barry Studio is operated by Danyell Barry.
Digital Products
Any products, tools, and resources sold through Studio are digital only. No physical items will be shipped. Today, Studio’s offerings—including the book “Direct the Work,” the “Your Job Is the Clue” tool, and the Studio Notes blog—are provided free of charge.
AI-Assisted Tools Disclaimer
Some free or future paid resources offered by Danyell Barry Studio include AI-assisted tools, such as the “Your Job Is the Clue” tool, which helps you find clues in your work and generate AI Starter Prompts (“AI Tools”). Studio’s tools are AI-assisted, not AI-powered. These AI Tools are provided for: career and work clarity, AI prompt structuring, and idea organization.
They do not replace professional, legal, financial, career, medical, or mental-health advice. You are responsible for how you choose to use any insights, prompts, or information generated by the tools.
Studio’s “Your Job Is the Clue” tool does not save your data. Your answers stay in your browser session and are not stored or collected by Studio—as noted in the tool’s FAQ, “Nothing is saved.”
Danyell Barry Studio is not liable for decisions, interpretations, or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.
Educational Tools and Resources
Danyell Barry Studio may provide educational tools, calculators, quizzes, guides, prompts, and other interactive resources.
These resources are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, technical, billing, purchasing, professional, or business advice.
Tool results may be based on simplified logic, user selections, examples, assumptions, or publicly available information. They may not reflect your exact situation, account, plan, pricing, usage limits, reset times, costs, or access.
AI tools, pricing, usage limits, credits, message limits, tokens, model access, and platform features can change at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the official documentation, policies, pricing pages, and help materials for any third-party tool or platform you use.
Danyell Barry Studio does not guarantee that any tool result will be complete, current, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.
Affiliate Links and Commissions Disclosure
Studio includes affiliate links to external resources (currently six resources on the /library page, plus an affiliate product display for AI Catalyst Systems on the Beacons hub). When you click these links and complete a purchase, Studio receives a commission paid by the seller—not by you. The commission does not affect the price you pay. Studio only recommends resources it personally uses or stands behind, regardless of commission rates. Commission amounts vary by product and are set by each seller’s affiliate program.
Studio is not the creator, owner, or seller of affiliate products. They are owned and delivered by their respective creators. Studio is not responsible for the quality, content, accuracy, delivery, or outcomes of affiliate products. Please do your own due diligence before purchasing any recommended product.
Any disputes, refund requests, or technical issues with an affiliate product must be directed to that product’s creator or seller, not to Studio.
This disclosure is made in keeping with the FTC’s affiliate marketing guidelines (16 CFR Part 255).
Refund Policy
When paid digital products are offered through Studio in the future, all sales will be final due to the digital, instant-access nature of these resources, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If you experience a technical issue accessing a paid product, contact danyell.barry@gmail.com.
License & Use
When you access Studio’s content—including writing, frameworks, educational materials, and tools—you are granted one personal, non-transferable license for your own use.
You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute Studio’s content or products
- Give copies to others
- Upload or post Studio’s files or materials online
- Claim any Studio content as your own
Violations may result in removal of access and further action.
Intellectual Property
All original text, content, frameworks, graphics, designs, and digital materials created by Studio—including the book, the tool, the blog, and its frameworks—are protected by copyright. Danyell Barry retains full ownership of all original Studio content. Affiliate products and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
No Guarantees
Your results with any tool, resource, or recommendation may vary. Studio does not guarantee any specific outcome, including: AI-usage outcomes; business outcomes; career outcomes; income outcomes; or results from affiliate products (which are determined by the product’s creator and your own application).
Results depend on individual effort, context, circumstances, prior experience, and many factors outside Studio’s control. Studio provides educational content and recommendations only—outcomes are your responsibility.
Technical Issues
For future paid digital products, Studio is not responsible for download errors, user device limitations, internet connectivity problems, or issues caused by third-party platforms. If a paid file is corrupted or inaccessible, Studio will re-send the product. For free resources, Studio will make reasonable effort to maintain access but does not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted availability.
Third-Party Products and Services
Studio recommends and links to third-party products, services, communities, and tools—including, but not limited to, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and affiliate-recommended products. These third parties have their own terms of service, privacy policies, refund policies, and customer support.
Studio is not affiliated with the operations, decisions, or policies of these third parties beyond the affiliate relationship where applicable. Studio is not responsible for changes, discontinuation, pricing, quality, accuracy, or behavior of third-party products and services. You interact with third parties at your own risk and according to those third parties’ terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Studio will be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
Updates
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site, tools, or products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
