This Privacy Policy explains how Danyell Barry Studio (“Studio”) collects and manages your information. Studio is operated by Danyell Barry.
Information We Collect
When you sign up for Studio’s email list or use its resources, we may collect:
- Your first name and email address (collected through the Beacons signup form at beacons.ai/iamdanyellbarry, the Studio site popup, and any other Studio signup forms)
- Email engagement data such as opens and clicks, collected by Beacons for email marketing analytics
Studio’s “Your Job Is the Clue” tool does not save your data—your answers stay in your browser and are not collected or stored by Studio (“Nothing is saved”).
Affiliate link click tracking: when you click an affiliate link, the affiliate platforms (such as Beacons, Skool, or ThriveCart) may track that click for commission attribution; Studio does not personally collect or store this data, but those platforms do, per their own policies.
Purchase details for future paid products will be handled securely by Beacons or another payment processor; Studio does not collect or store your payment information.
How Your Information Is Used
- To deliver welcome emails and ongoing email communications
- Provide updates about new Studio resources, blog posts, and tools
- Provide customer support
- Send optional newsletters or affiliate-resource recommendations (unsubscribe anytime)
- Deliver future paid digital products
Email Consent
By submitting your first name and email through the Beacons signup form, the Studio popup, or any other Studio signup mechanism, you consent to receive marketing emails from Studio. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, in keeping with CAN-SPAM requirements.
Email Service Provider
Studio uses Beacons for email list management and automation. Beacons has its own privacy policy, which also applies to data submitted through their platform.
Data Protection
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. Payment details for future paid products are handled by secure third-party processors such as Beacons, and potentially Stripe or PayPal Business.
Interactive Tools
Some pages on Danyell Barry Studio may include interactive tools, quizzes, calculators, or guided resources.
We collect information only when you choose to provide it, such as when you sign up to read Direct the Work, complete a form, or use a feature that clearly asks for your information.
Some tools may allow you to make selections or enter information to generate a result. Unless the tool clearly says otherwise, those inputs are used only to generate the result and are not stored, submitted, or connected to your identity.
If a tool collects your email address, saves your result, sends your result to you, uses a third-party service, or submits your information outside your browser, that will be stated near the tool.

Third-Party Data Collection
Affiliate platforms, AI tools recommended by Studio (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), and other linked services have their own data practices. Please review those policies separately.
