This Privacy Policy explains how Danyell Barry Studio handles information when you visit danyellbarrystudio.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Danyell Barry, doing business as Danyell Barry Studio.
This policy is written in plain language. If anything here is unclear, you can contact me using the information at the bottom of this page.
What this site collects directly
Right now, this Site does not directly collect email addresses, names, or any other personal information through forms on the Site itself.
This Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and to help improve it. Google Analytics may collect usage information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, approximate location, the source that referred you to the Site, and interactions such as scrolls or outbound link clicks. This information is used only to understand Site traffic and engagement. It is not used to identify you personally, and I do not sell or share it for advertising purposes.
What your browser may share automatically
When you visit any website, your browser shares basic technical information with the server that hosts the site. This typically includes your IP address, the type of browser you are using, your operating system, the page you arrived from, and the date and time of your visit. This is true of nearly every website on the internet, including this one.
The Site is currently hosted on Bolt’s deployment infrastructure. Bolt’s own logging may capture standard server access information. I do not personally read or analyze this information.
Third-party platforms linked from this Site
This Site links to third-party platforms that have their own privacy policies and that may collect information directly from you when you interact with them. The two most important ones are Beacons and Skool.
Beacons. The “Join the Direct the Work list” buttons throughout the Site send you to a Beacons-hosted signup page at beacons.ai/iamdanyellbarry. If you choose to sign up for the Direct the Work list through Beacons, Beacons collects and stores the information you submit, such as your email address. I may have access to that information through my Beacons account for list management and communication purposes. Beacons processes that information according to its own privacy policy.
Skool. The Recommended Resources section in the free book contains affiliate links to Skool communities (AI Content Creators, AI Cash Skool, AI Creator Bootcamp, AI Catalyst System, Canva to Cash). If you click a Skool affiliate link or join a Skool community, Skool collects and processes your information according to its own privacy policy. I may receive affiliate-related reporting or commission information, but I do not control Skool’s data collection or account systems.

I only recommend resources I personally use or have direct experience with. Affiliate relationships do not change my honest opinions about the resources listed.

Children
This Site is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through a third-party platform linked from this Site, please contact me and I will work with the relevant platform to address it.
Your data is not sold
I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Any subscriber information I have access to through Beacons is used only for list management and communication purposes related to the Direct the Work list.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the Site grows. If material changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. For significant changes that affect how your information is handled, I will note the change at the top of the page for a reasonable period after the update.
